Payments by Telephone

Bowie State University is pleased to offer you the opportunity to make your payments by credit card or check over the phone! No more standing in line or going to two places to pay for your parking permit and the other to pick it up. Now pay for your parking permit over the phone and stop into Campus Safety to pick it up.

Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To pay for your tuition, room, board, acceptance fees, housing security and room deposit, parking permits and place money on your Bowie Card by phone, call 1-866-364-5826 and follow the prompts.

Please be advised that The Student Accounts Office only operate on business days (Monday– Friday), all IVR (payments by phone)    payment will take one business day to post to your account after payment. Any payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be posted two business day after payments.
